Manama has signed Donald Little as their import player for this year. The former University of Cincinnati starting center has an interesting background, as his prospect for NBA career was ended when he was sentenced to jail.
Little was charged with taping Hodge to a lawn chair and burning him with cigarettes and a heated coat hanger. Even by Cincinnati's standards, this was extreme behavior, and Little was kicked off the team and sentenced to 29 days in jail.
I'm sure he is a great player, but we hope that we will not see these incidents in our league this year.
