Need4sheed.com is one of my favorite blogs, it's all about Rasheed Wallace and the Pistons, you can find loads of cool stuff their, my favorite is this video of the Piston's warm up dance. I'm sure he is trying to do "The Carlton Dance" from Will Smith's "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air".
I can only say that some players have a funny way of leading their teams.
